Mental Health Agenda for Men
Peace Over Popularity is a coaching practice built for men who are done performing for approval and ready to build a life that's actually theirs — spiritually grounded, physically strong, socially secure, and clear about who they're becoming.
The Agenda
Popularity asks you to shrink, perform, and stay likable. Peace asks you to get honest. Every session, program, and post lives inside one of these four pillars.
01 / Spiritual
Reconnect with a purpose bigger than your inbox. Build daily practices — prayer, stillness, reflection — that give you a center nothing external can shake.
02 / Physical
Your body is the house your mind lives in. Train it, feed it, and rest it with the same discipline you're bringing to the rest of your life.
03 / Social
Trade the audience for a brotherhood. Learn to build friendships and community that hold you accountable instead of just holding your attention.
04 / Dating & Image
Show up as a man who's clear, not one who's performing. Sharpen how you carry yourself, how you date with intention, and how you present who you really are.

About the Coach
For years, mental health conversations skipped past men — or asked us to just "toughen up." I spent a long time chasing approval before I learned the difference between being liked and being at peace. Peace Over Popularity is what I built once I stopped confusing the two.
Now I coach men through the same shift: out of performance mode, into a life built on their own terms — spiritually anchored, physically strong, socially honest, and confident in how they show up, date, and carry themselves.
"You don't need a bigger following. You need a stronger foundation."
The Method
No generic worksheets. Every man's path through the four pillars looks different — here's the shape the work usually takes.
A real conversation about where you're performing, where you're avoiding, and what peace would actually look like for you across all four pillars.
A personalized coaching plan — spiritual practice, physical training, social rebuilding, dating and image work — sequenced to your life, not a template.
One-on-one sessions to keep you accountable, work through what's coming up, and adjust the plan as you actually change.
The goal isn't a finish line — it's a standard you can hold on your own, long after the coaching ends.
"Popularity is borrowed. Peace is built. Build something that doesn't disappear when the room goes quiet."— Marcus the Coach
